The options Wheel tracker that reads your brokerage statements
Upload two files from your broker and see every wheel campaign, every open contract and every dollar of premium in one place, with AI-generated suggestions on what to close, roll or hold. Built for traders who run the Wheel and are tired of the spreadsheet.

How it works
- Export two files from your broker. A positions file (what you hold today, including open options) and an activity or history file (your trades, premiums and dividends). In Fidelity that is Positions → Download and Activity & Orders → Download. Step-by-step for Fidelity.
- Upload them in Account Settings. CSV files are read directly in seconds and reconcile to the cent. PDF statements are read by AI, so check the result.
- Sync prices. Holdings and open contracts get live quotes; each short option shows its buy-back value and loss risk.
- Review the suggestions. Trade Suggestions applies wheel rules to your own positions (take profit at 85% of premium, roll a tested put, let a far-out-of-the-money call expire) and explains each one. Log the trades you place at your broker, and the app grades them later.
What makes it different from a spreadsheet
- True cost basis. Every premium collected on a stock, from the first put to the latest covered call, is netted against the shares, so you know your real breakeven.
- Expired vs assigned. A $0 close is labelled Expired or Assigned, not just "closed".
- Positions are the truth. A positions upload is a snapshot: contracts you closed disappear, contracts you opened appear, and a banner tells you when your trade history has moved past your last positions file.
- Long options handled. Calls and puts you bought are holdings priced at market, kept out of the premium math.
- Undo on every change. Close a contract by mistake and undo it.
What it is not
WheelCopilot is not a broker, does not place trades, and does not give investment advice. The suggestions, grades and screens are rules and AI models applied to your data, for informational and entertainment purposes only; AI makes mistakes, so verify against your broker before you trade. Read the Terms.

Frequently asked questions
Which brokers does it work with?
Fidelity CSV exports (positions and activity) are tested end to end. CSV and PDF statements from Charles Schwab, Vanguard, Robinhood, Interactive Brokers, E*TRADE and Merrill Edge are read by the general CSV reader or by AI and are marked beta: check the result against your broker.
Does WheelCopilot connect to my brokerage account?
No. It never asks for a brokerage login and never places trades. Data enters only from files you upload or figures you type in. You can delete your account and every uploaded file from Account Settings at any time.
Does it handle assignments and rolls?
Yes. A $0 close is shown as Expired or Assigned (assignment is read from the statement, or inferred from a same-day stock trade at the strike). Rolls appear as a close and a new open; the Wheel Tracker keeps the premium from every leg against the stock.
What about long calls and puts?
Contracts you bought (long calls and puts, including poor man's covered calls) are tracked as holdings priced at their market value, shown in contracts, and kept out of the premium and wheel math.
Is there a free demo?
Yes. The sign-in page has an Explore Demo option that opens the app with sample data and no account.
